Every wig is customized to your requested specifications. Due to the nature of our product, all sales are FINAL.

 

If you feel there has been an error with your order, please send detailed images of the item to support@erinhhair.com , include your order number in the subject line. 

The item must be in the original state. 

Please confirm the following before attempting to exchange:

  • the lace must be intact and not cut
  •  the tags must be attached
  • cannot altered in any way
  •  must be returned in original packaging.
  • YOU HAVE 3 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE ORDER IS RECEIVED TO CONTACT support@erinhhair.com TO INQUIRE ABOUT A REPAIR OR EXCHANGE. 


*There may be a $20 restocking fee for exchanges or refunds deducted.*

**If your exchange or repair is approved, you have 5 days to send the item back with the discussed shipping option. **

 

Every item is custom, for this reason if we approve an exchange we will need to restart the process to curate your desired wig. Repairs or exchanges can take from 14-30 business days depending on the issue. Your request will be added to our order que as it is received. If you need to send an item back, the day we receive the item from the carrier is the day it will be added to our queue.  You will receive a tracking number when your order is on its way back to you.

 

*An exchange will only be approved if the wrong item was received.*

*Please note that all custom orders are hand colored. Results may vary, while we try to get the color as close as possible, the outcome will not be exactly the same. You may notice slight variations in results due to the nature of this organic product.*

 

Size varies, the same as purchasing a small, medium, or large from your favorite department store. If the fit of your jacket is slightly off (because we are all shaped different), you take the item to a tailor for alterations. The same with our wigs. You can schedule a 'NEW WIG' Service and have the wig customized and tailored to your head during the service. We will not accept repairs or exchanges because of the fit of the wig. You are welcome to come in for a tailoring service with a specialist.
